Dr Juri-Petri Valtanen is a highly qualified research scholar with solid history of experience in teaching, researching, designing courses and leading others in a wide range of environments. Dr Valtanen is committed to improving learning experiences for diverse student populations. He is passionate about challenging misconceptions through reciprocal and fundamentally sound teaching and research/analysis.

Juri is very interested in international projects’ quality management. He is highly motivated regarding academic and organisational success. Juri has served on various academic and extracurricular committees and as quality advisor in industry. He is excited about facilitating learners’ motivation and engagement through developing new research and learning opportunities in diverse settings.

Juri’s hobbies include walking, reading, world cinema and scriptwriting.
